Description
Many birds will eat fruit when it is available, but Cedar Waxwing, or the so-called “cherry bird”, is a fruit specialist. Among the plants that could attract Cedar Waxwings to your neighborhood are dogwood, serviceberry, juniper, hawthorn, winterberry, mulberry, cherry, privet, yew, hackberry, chokecherry, and crab apple. Cedar waxwings can be seen year-round in Massachusetts. Shot in Natick, Massachusetts
