Description
Gladiolus plants produce trumpet-shaped flowers that open from bottom to top on a sword-like stem, adding drama to the landscape and bouquets alike. Gladiolus takes several years in a garden to reach its peak, but it is well worth the wait. In this photo, it is a single flower on a spike of flowers.
