Description
The hooded crow is a Eurasian bird species in the Corvus genus. It is an ashy grey bird with black head, throat, wings, tail, and thigh feathers, as well as a black bill, eyes, and feet. Like other corvids, it is an omnivorous and opportunistic forager and feeder. The maximum recorded age for a hooded crow is 16 years, and 9 months. Hooded crows are, like most members of the corvid family, highly intelligent and adaptable. These guys live in much of Europe and also in parts of the Middle East. Abundant resident in north and central Israel. Captured in Israel.
